- 4 Blocks of Presliced Mozzarella
- 1 Bunch of Basil
- 1 Balsamic Glaze
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 3oz pack of Prosciutto (optional)

Things To Do Beforehand
- Set up the bar area and food area
- To make a more festive Happy Hour, decorate with the red, green and white table necessities to capture the Italian feel
- Wash the tomatoes, and basil
- Slice the baguettes into 1-inch cuts
- Add the tomatoes, prosciutto, mozzarella, basil, and balsamic glaze
- Top it off with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Place in the freight (if you have time) right before serving
