Things To Do Beforehand

  • Chill the drinks the day prior to the event
  • Plate all of the chips and dips
  • Slice the bell peppers or any veggies if necessary
  • Lay out the tablecloth, put the drinks in the ice buckets, and ensure there are plates, napkins and utensils
  • Create your signs for each chip and dip
