Can I bring my Pet?

Can I mount things or add Furniture to my office?

How do I register a Guest?
Hello,
As a member of Studio by Tishman Speyer, you will have access to the YourStudio app, which features a “Register Guest” function located on the home page (as shown below*).
Through the app, you will be directed to Cloudgate, where you will be prompted to provide the following information for your guest’s access: first and last name, along with either an email address or phone number.
The YourStudio app can be downloaded via the App Store and can also be accessed through your web browser at app.yourstudio.com.

How do I print?

I would like to add a new member to my company. What is the process?

I am happy to assist with this request. I have attached a list of active keycard holding members as your company is at capacity for your current office size. Please let me know if this list is up to date and accurate.
If all current members are correct, we can proceed with onboarding your three new employees at an additional cost [check your location amount]. Kindly send over each new employee’s headshot, first and last name and company email. We will get their badges made and let you know when they are ready to be picked up.

How do I book a daypass?

As a Studio member you, are able to access other locations by booking a Daypass directly through the Studio app under Meeting rooms and Daypasses. This will provide you with access to the common space*s to work out of for the day. Please note operational hours for Daypass bookings are 9am-5pm.

External Conference room booking information ?
***This response is for external booking on how to get to your location. Below is some examples of how another location might guide their guest. Please check with your location for proper directions.

For 600 5th Avenue
**600 5th Avenue has an entrance on 48th between 5th and 6th Ave (closer to 5th). Upon arrival, please check in with lobby security and present your individual QR code that you received in your email. Once you’ve checked in and presented your QR code, security will let you up to the 2nd Floor. From there, a member of the Studio Team will escort you to your meeting room.
For 1 Rock
**1 Rockefeller Plaza has two entrances – one on 48th Street and one on 49th Street, both between 5th and 6th Ave (closer to 5th). Upon arrival to either entrance, please check in with lobby security and present your individual QR code that you received in your email. Once you’ve checked in and presented your QR code, security will let you up to the 2nd Floor. From there, a member of the Studio Team will escort you to your meeting room.

Is there a time limit to phonebooth usage?

Thank you for reaching out. Our phone booths are on a first come, first serve basis. While we do not have dedicated time limits, we kindly ask you to keep usage between thirty minutes to one hour to ensure fair access for fellow Studio members. Should you need space for a longer duration, we do have conference rooms available for booking. Additionally, we do have locations that offer bookable phone booths on the Studio website if you need dedicated time for a phone booth.

While we don’t have formal time limits, we do ask that rooms be booked in advance to ensure a smooth experience for you and your fellow Studio members.

- 2-5 seats = 2 credits Small Meeting Room
