How do leads come into Tripleseat?

Step 1:

Leads can be generated in several ways:

• Automatic: Leads that come in through a lead gen form that originated through REX will automatically generate a lead within Tripleseat. They will come in with the following naming convention: Company Name - Date - REX Reservation

• Manual: Leads that come in through all other channels (phone, walk-in, email).

Step 2:

Double check the automated lead’s details, especially around name and company to ensure data integrity.

Step 3:

Once you have reached out to the guest that came in as a lead, change the name of any automatic leads to:

Company Name - Date(s)

Step 4:
