How do I create a Gable Booking in Tripleseat?

Step 1:

A member of the events team will receive an email with the booking details from Gable.

1. 1. In Gable, event details can also be viewed under “Guest Reservations.” If no reservations appear, click “Completed” to view reservations that have passed.

Step 2:

The team will go to Tripleseat and navigate to the "Booking" tab on the left-hand side.

Step 3:

The team member will add the Booking from Gable into Tripleseat. This will click the right-hand corner button that says "+ New Booking".

Step 4:

First, you will create your booking. In your booking, you will enter the details from Gable into Tripleseat. The name of the booking will be: Guest/Company Name - Date(s)

Step 5: 

Ensure that the event is set to "Definite", and that the Lead Source is listed as "Gable Booking", as shown below.

Step 6:

Under “Add a Contact”, search for the contact first before creating a new Account and Contact.

1. 1. If the contact already exists in Tripleseat, select that account.

Step 7:

Now, you must create your event. Scroll down to the bottom of the booking and click "+Add an Event".

Step 8:

You will now enter the event details. The name of the event will be the Event Type (ex: Meeting, Luncheon).

Step 9:

You will now fill in Event Financials.

1. Delete the rental fee.
2. Input the Total Payout Amount (refer to the gif in step 1) from Gable under both "Actual Amount" and "Grand Total".

Step 10:

Hit "Create".

Step 11:

The final step is to tag this as a Gable booking. You must go back into the Booking and click "Edit" in the right hand corner. From here, you will scroll down and mark "Yes" next to "Is Gable Booking?" 

Hit Update.
