How do I do member relocations within the same Studio building?

This article explains the workflow and tickets needed for an internal move/relocation within the same Studio building.

Step 1 - Contract Activation

Create a 'Relocation' amendment ticket HERE.

Who is this issue with? = 'Yardi Amendment'

Amendment Type = 'Relocation

Step 2 - Keycards (if needed)

Make any necessary changes to member badges for keycard reader access on old/new squads

Step 3 - Platform Ticket

Submit a ticket HERE to update their Platform Permissions:

Who is this issue with? = Platform/Network/WiFi

What is the issue? = New Client Setup

Please Describe the issue = [Detail the company and which squad they are leaving/moving to]

Step 4 - Check for Completion

Once the new contract takes effect, check the Occupiers in Platform and make sure that the new squad & services are reflected.
