How do I know what Technology Services are active in Platform for members?
This article explains how to audit the technology upgraded services are provided to members in Platform.
Step 1 - Open Platform
Navigate to Operations > Reports > Active Services Report

Step 2 - Select your location
Click each service to see a snapshot of which accounts have the selected service.
Click the download button above the search bar to download a report of all active services.

ALL Studio Members will have "Standard Internet Service" even if they also have an upgraded or dedicated bandwidth
If you notice member accounts that have been terminated and are no longer Studio Members - create an IT ticket for Shamir to remove their services.
Terminated Members would most likely show up in the downloaded report receiving "Standard Internet" and were not properly offboarded upon move-out.
Step 3 - Compare to your Monthly Essensys invoice for Member Technology
Verify that all members receiving services are properly billed and no services are billed for accounts that are no longer active.
Step 4 - Compare to the Operating Statement -- Studio Revenue -- Fees & Other Rent Charges - Studio Technology
Verify that all members who receive upgraded services are being properly billed by Studio.

All members receiving services should be charged on their monthly invoice.

Studio Member Technology Price Sheet:
If you find a member who is receiving services at no charge, please reach out to them and determine if they still require the services, stating that the cost will be re-added to their monthly invoice.

Dear MEMBER,
In recent months, Studio has transitioned to a new operating system. During this process, we conducted a Technology Audit and noticed that you are currently receiving a Technology Upgrade at no charge:

We wanted to check in with you to see if you still require this service? If you do, we will reinstate the associated fee. Alternatively, if you no longer need the technology upgrades, we can discontinue them on your account.
