How do I onboard a single Member?

How to add a single Studio Member who is joining an existing Member Company.

Step 1. Confirm that the Account has room for additional Members.

The standard squad membership includes 1 keycard for every desk in the floorplan. Accounts may add up to 50% of the total desk count as additional memberships. Monthly rates for additional memberships vary based on location and start at $100 per month per additional member.

Step 2. Request a keycard for the member(s).

Keycards are either made by your PMO team, Rockefeller Center Security, or made by the onsite teams. 

Step 3. Add the Member to Yardi under the Member Company.

Make sure that you edit the contact to add the appropriate permissions for billing. Only members who have the Billing access checked will see "My Account" in Yardi Portal.

Primary Members are automatically assigned all permissions but if the primary member changes you will need to re-add Billing as a permission. 

Step 4. Add the Member to Your Studio App.

**For Billing Contacts - you will need to add "Billing" as a Team in VTS, this will provision their "View Invoices" button in the Studio App. 

Step 5. Add the Member to Platform for access to Wi-Fi Secure.

Step 6. Add the Member to PaperCut

Members will be sent an invitation to join the printers at your location and set up their own password.
