How do I order through Crafty?

This article will outline the process Crafty utilizes to streamline ordering and stocking the pantry supplies.

Each location has access to the Crafty Dashboard, which shows the standard Studio Approved / Crafty Pantry product line and what has been ordered for your location.

Check your Control Panel and connect with your GM for the login information. 

Each week, a Crafty representative will come for 90 minutes to inventory your locations' stock, and replenish supplies in each pantry. This inventory will determine the amount ordered for the following week.

A separate representative will come with a delivery of new supplies, based on the previous weeks' inventory.  

The Standard Pantry offerings include:

MILKS: Oatly Oat Milk, Silk Unsweetened Original Almond Milk, Organic Valley Whole Milk, Organic Valley Half & Half

TEAS: Tazo Awake English Breakfast, Tazo Fresh Mint, Tazo Zen, Tazo Earl Grey

SWEETENERS: Honey, Stevia in the Raw, Domino Sugar, Splenda

CONDIMENTS: Heinz Ketchup, Heinz Mustard, Tapatio Hot Sauce, Salt & Pepper Packets

CLEANING: Scott Paper Towels, Mrs. Meyers Dish Soap, Cascade Dishwasher Pods

 

Emergency Ordering:

In the event that you are going to run out of any supplies and need a next-day delivery, follow the steps outlined below. 

Step 1 - Open your Crafty Dashboard and click the Support tab on the left side panel.

Step 2- Click "Submit A Ticket" and complete the required fields. Be as specific as possible in the Description - include invoice numbers for billing questions, quantities needed for emergency ordering.

Step 3- The ticket will be reviewed by the Crafty team and assigned to the appropriate department. You can check the status of the ticket on your dashboard once it has been triaged. Crafty will reach out to the Onsite Team with any follow up questions and additional information.
