How do members print using Papercut Hive?

Initial Setup 

1. Check your email for [PaperCut Hive] Studio by Tishman Speyer welcome email
2. Click "Get Started" to install PaperCut Printer software
3. Take note of the 6-digit Access Code in the same welcome email, you will need this 
   
   

Desktop Setup (Windows, macOS, Chromebook) 

1. Download & install PaperCut Printer from Get Started email
2. Open a document you wish to print on your computer
3. Select PaperCut Printer when printing from your computer
4. Locate the closest printer on your floor  
5. Release your print job at the printer by entering your 6-digit access code  
6. Follow on screen prompts to release your print with your desired settings 

Mobile Setup for Releasing and Printing (Recommended but optional) 

iOS:

1. Install PaperCut Hive app via the Get Started Setup page
   1. You are now ready to release prints from your mobile device 
      Scan the QR code from your email to link your account to the app
2. If you wish to print from your phone as well, please continue with the following steps:  
   1. In app: Profile icon > "Print from this phone? Install Profile" 
   2. Tap Download and tap Allow when you see the pop up 
   3. Open the Settings app, tap Profile Downloaded and then tap Insall 

Android:  

1. Install PaperCut Hive app via the Get Started Setup page 
2. Scan the QR code from your email to link your account to the app 
   1. You are now ready to to send and release prints from your mobile device 

Important Note: If the PaperCut Hive mobile app is crashing, please try restarting your device
