How will I know if a security deposit refund has been approved?

An explanation of how the submitter of a security deposit refund will be notified if the refund has been approved

Step 1:

If you were the submitter of the request, you will receive an email notification that the refund has been approved.

Step 2:

If you review the security refund in HubSpot, it will have a status of “Approved” .

Step 3:

The associated deal will also have "Security Deposit Refund Submitted to CBRE" set to "Yes".
