What happens after I create a ticket?
The process outlining the ticket journey from submitted to closed.
Step 1: Once you have submitted a ticket, you will receive a Ticket Confirmation Email.

Step 2: Studio Support will investigate the ticket and necessary action will be taken to resolve the issue. If required, Studio Support will reach out to you or the affected member for further information.
Step 3: Studio Support with validate that the issue has been resolved. If required, Studio Support will reach out to you or the affected member to validate that the problem is fixed.
Step 4: The ticket will be closed and you will receive a confirmation email. If applicable, the email will contain a "Ticket Resolution" section, which you can pass along to the affected member.
